In addition to weekly inspections, members of Anchor management meet with facilities personnel each week to ensure that all maintenance expectations are met.

Leadership
Onsite supervisors are employed at each facility we service to check on employees and perform daily inspections to ensure that each Anchor performance objective is met and exceeded. Supervisors are responsible for identifying and immediately correcting any disruptions in the quality of work performed by each employee, as well as regulating, maintaining, and ensuring quality control in all areas.
